Flee – as in Run away

The Bible has other advice for us though. We are told to flee temptation.
1 Cor 6:18 Flee from sexual immorality.
1 Cor 10:14 Therefore, my dear friends, flee from idolatry.
1 Tim 6:9 People who want to get rich fall into temptation and a trap and into many foolish and harmful desires that plunge men into ruin and destruction. For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for money, have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs. But you, man of God, flee from all this, and pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, endurance and gentleness.

When you find yourself in any situation where you might be tempted – go somewhere else.
So, if you spend too much money on things you don't need – don't spend your leisure time at Blue Water.
If you drink to much – don't go to the pub, if you find yourself there – leave, or better, don't go in the first place.

Fleeing is obvious and easy to understand, but can be very hard to do.
